Older pet guides still reference the demolished Terminal B/C — those locations no longer exist. Use the new single-terminal layout only.

MCI's new single terminal opened February 2023, replacing the old Terminal B/C layout that pre-2023 pet guides describe. Current pet relief areas include two post-security indoor rooms (one in Concourse A near Gates A8–A10, one in Concourse B near Gate B54), an outdoor courtyard at the north end of baggage claim/arrivals level, and a separate relief area inside the U.S. Customs and Border Protection area for international arrivals.
